Job Description

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to service the needs of existing and potential clients via phone and e-mail.

The Position:

  • Place and receive telephone calls to maintain and update company files
  • Contact clients and suspects to create solid customer relationships and advance sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle clients’ questions and concerns (providing technical assistance if needed)
  • Assist with research and preparation of PowerPoint presentations

Requirements:

  • PC proficient including email, the Internet and Microsoft Office (MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work successfully in a fast pace environment
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Able to troubleshoot customer problems with speed and professionalism
